For the fourth year in a row, our Design Council was a resounding success! 10 expert designers and decorators showcased their family’s most treasured holiday traditions through an eclectic show of colors and trees in all shapes and sizes. We want to take this opportunity to thank all our blogger partners and take another look at how they celebrated Christmas in All Shapes and Sizes.
For the past three years, we have invited our favorite bloggers to join our Design Council and come up with colorful themes that push the boundaries of holiday decorating. Each year, we were wonderfully surprised by the creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and spectacular creations of our blogger partners. Welcome to the 2016 Halloween Home Tour! It’s a tough call, but my Treetopia Basics – Orange Tree is in the running to take the crown as my favorite tree of the season. I’m excited to hear who your favorite is after a week-long home tour. (more…)
White Christmas trees are the best; they are blank slates just waiting for the perfect holiday. Even better than a plain white tree is a small tabletop tree like The Winter White Potted Tree. Fewer ornaments, less commitment, and perfect for keeping up year round. Check this baby out decorated for Mardi Gras.
Time for Round 2 of the Treetopia Christmas in July Special. It looks like July in this picture of my Oh Christmas Tree with the pool in the background, but I promise it was December. I may have a tree up year-round (right now my Ice Cream Tree is in the game room) but I only decorate those trees for Christmas in December!
Christmas in July, you’ve heard the term—but what does it mean? Is Santa coming? Should you hang up your stockings? Not exactly. What it does mean is that July is the halfway mark to Christmas. In 6 months, hall decking will be in full swing. In the meantime, July is a great time to find awesome discounts on Christmas decor.
