Did you see it? The very first Treetopia commercial! Did I mention that I got to fly out and style all the Christmas trees? The perks of being the Treetopia brand ambassador. I want to give you guys a fun all-access pass to some behind-the-scenes action of the commercial shoot.
Nice in Neutrals
The entire thing was shot on a sound stage in Florida with several different “faux” rooms. I could not believe the detail in each of the rooms. The room with the gorgeous Winter White Christmas tree looked totally livable. You only see the tree and room for a second but trust me the room was large and full of details. The tree was covered in white and birch wood ornaments to keep it subtle.
If I had to pick a favorite tree from the commercial, it would be a toss-up between the boho tree covered in flowers or the pink tree – because ya know dogs!
Prettier in Pink
The pink room was amazing because it was decorated top to bottom in you guessed it – pink. The styling in the shelves, the pillows on the bed, the items on the desk – pink, pink and more pink.
I had no idea how much work went into setting the scene for commercials. I decorated the Pretty in Pink tree in you guessed it – more pink. Also, how cute is that doggie!!!
Flower Power
The boho tree was the most fun to decorate. I used about a gazillion faux flowers and succulents to get the perfect look.
The actors and actresses in the room fit in perfectly with the Alexander Fir tree and the laid-back vibe of the room. I decorated my own Autumn Inspired Christmas Tree to emulate this scene.
Candy Cane Lane
I can’t wait to decorate my own red and white striped tree for Christmas this year. The Candy Cane Christmas Tree in the commercial was kept minimal with decorations to really let the stripes shine through. Did you see my Black and White Halloween tree – yup Treetopia has striped trees in more than one colorway!
The family in the commercial and their striped pajamas were the perfect touches.
Dream Team
Are you on team red or team blue? Either way, there is a Christmas tree for you.
This soundstage messed with your mind a little bit. Hard to tell that was one room split right down the middle, but it was. Sports lovers rejoice there are trees for you! Will you decorate it with footballs, ping pong balls, or perhaps wee hockey sticks?
Glam, Gorgeous & Gold
The Black Gold Ombre trees kept it sassy and classy over in the loft. This is the perfect tree to use when you want to transition decor from Christmas to New Year. Plus the coloring of the trees make them almost pre-decorated – all you need is a topper.
Sure this was a faux loft, but these slim trees are perfect for small spaces. I know, I have two of them at my house. Check out how the ombre trees look at a Halloween dinner party.
