Create the Tip of The Pencil for the Tree Topper
Instead of a traditional tree topper this yellow Christmas tree is getting a pencil tip. I created the look of a sharpened pencil by first painting a paper mache cone beige. Once that was dry I added a bit of black paint to the tip. Stick on the top of the yellow tree just like you would any other tree topper.

Create an Eraser as the Pencil Tree Base
Now that you have the tree topper made, it is time to make the base. I used a silver bucket that I taped off and spray painted eraser pink. After the paint dried I added a strip of green ribbon. All that is left to do is insert the tree.
