Fall deserves it’s own tree, right? I think my Treetopia Basics – Orange Tree transitions beautifully from Halloween to Dia de los Muertos to Thanksgiving, and wait until you see what I have planned for Christmas. Orange trees are more versatile than one might think.

Autumn provides many of it’s own tree decorations—pinecones, acorns, and leaves. If you can’t find real ones, most craft stores this time of year will provide you with faux ones.

I have been hoarding vintage afghans for a good long while, just waiting for the perfect project. Granny squares inside embroidery hoops might just be it. Put your afghan into the hoops before cutting to avoid unravelling.

How will you be decorating for fall? Do you skip right over Thanksgiving decor and dive right into Christmas? Have you ever considered an orange tree? I’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas about how you will decorate your fall tree.
