Treetopia Guide on How to Shape your Christmas Tree

Proper shaping or fluffing can make even the most modest Christmas tree look like a million bucks! It may take a bit of time and effort, but fluffing your tree gives it a fuller, more natural appearance that will impress guests and enchant loved ones. The next time you set up your tree, remember these simple steps on how to shape a Christmas tree and fluff your way to fabulousness!

What You Need:

At Treetopia, we believe that the true meaning of Christmas lies in the spirit of giving. As part of this year’s Christmas in July celebration, we’re happy to announce our partnership with Ronald McDonald House at Stanford in Palo Alto, California.

To support their ongoing needs, we will donate 5% of our total July proceeds to this amazing charity. From the grandest Christmas tree to the daintiest of ornaments, a portion of any item you purchase will go towards helping others during one of the most difficult times of their lives.

Established in 1979, Ronald McDonald House at Stanford is part of a national organization that offers accommodations and support to families of seriously ill children. Funded primarily by voluntary contributions, it gives young patients, their parents, and siblings an opportunity to rest and recuperate together in a comfortable and nurturing environment.

Support a great cause and enjoy up to 50% savings on beautiful Christmas decorations with Treetopia.

Talk about a whirlwind romance! Last week, we got to see five amazing Valentine’s wreaths, and we fell in love with each and every one of them. We wish to thank our brand ambassador, Jennifer Perkins, and the amazingly talented crafters and artists who made our Valentine’s Day Wreath Blog Hop and Giveaway series such an inspiring and memorable event.

The Pretty in Pink Wreath 5 Different Ways.

Each participant received a Treetopia Pretty in Pink Wreath to dress up any way they wanted. In keeping with the classic Valentine’s Day spirit, our bloggers stuck to a sweet decorating theme – anything and everything red and pink, done with their unique, individual twists! We were thrilled to see how the decorated wreaths reflected each blogger’s signature style and personality. Here’s a quick look at all their wonderful designs.

Our Bloggers and Their Decorated Wreaths

Our very own Jennifer Perkins kicked things off with a whimsical wreath anchored by a heart-shaped chocolate box and an adorable sand-flocked ceramic deer. You can see more of her kitsch-inspired wreath here.

Treetopia New Year v.12-29-2014

Discover the many wonderful ways to make your Christmas tree look as gorgeous as can be with Treetopia’s Design Council 2014. We’ve asked some of the country’s best design bloggers to decorate their favorite Treetopia Christmas tree and we hope the results will inspire you to create a fabulous holiday masterpiece of your own.

When choosing stylish children’s fashion and toys to promote, tada! shop owner and chief style officer Lizelle Green is usually guided by what she thinks her own kids would enjoy wearing or using. So, when it came to decorating her Treetopia Basics – Purple Tree, finding inspiration was as easy as viewing a popular children’s fantasy movie.

White Christmas trees have a natural elegance that makes them look right at home with almost any decorating style. To celebrate the enchanting beauty of these snow-inspired trees, we’ve asked the help of some of our favorite bloggers.

Each blogger in our Treetopia White Tree Mystery campaign received a Treetopia white Christmas tree of their choice to dress up any way they wished. The decorated trees were then featured in each blogger’s respective site, along with a fun contest for loyal blog fans. Some eagle-eyed readers who correctly identified the featured artificial Christmas tree became lucky winners of a $100 Treetopia Gift Card!

Here are some of the gorgeous white trees decorated by our talented blogger friends. Please note that some of contests are still on-going, so we can only reveal the Treetopia trees from concluded contests.

Jennifer Perkins

Our very own blog ambassador kicked things off with a white Christmas tree dressed in a colorful south-of-the-border style. In a previous post, Jennifer explained that her Feliz Navidad tree is an extension of their family’s tradition of celebrating Christmas with a hearty Tex-Mex feast.

Happy Holidays!

I hope you are surrounded by friends, family and hopefully some Christmas cookies. About now, I am curled up with a belly full of enchiladas, basking in the pink glow of my Some Like It Hot Tree and listening to my children play with their new toys. Every family has their own tradition that makes the holidays special; what is yours?
