  • Top with champagne.

#9: The Dessert Cocktail

Caramel cheesecake is one of life’s sweetest pleasures. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who doesn’t like this delightful treat, but do you know how James Bond likes his caramel cheesecake? Shaken, not stirred. Combining the delectable dessert with Bond’s favorite vodka martini, the dessert cocktail will let you have your cake, and drink it, too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka (Smirnoff)
  • 1 oz kissed caramel vodka (Smirnoff)
  • Fat-free half & half
  • ½ graham cracker, crushed into crumbs
  • Caramel sauce (with the ice cream toppings)
  • Approximately 1 tsp honey
  • Caramel candies for garnish (optional)

How to prepare:

  • Rub honey on the edge of martini glass then roll in graham cracker crumbs until coated evenly.
  • Mix vodka, 3/4 cup half & half, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
  • Using a spoon, drizzle caramel sauce on the inside of your martini glass.
  • Immediately pour the beverage into the martini glass.
  • Add a skewer of two caramel candies for garnish.

#8: The Spirit of Sophistication

  • Lemon twist for garnish (optional)

  • Add the whiskey and champagne; drink immediately while sugar dissolves.

If you remember the days of frozen fruit juice pops, you’ll feel right at home with The Cool-down. Simple yet luscious, it features a unique, and much cooler, method of creating Mimosas. What’s great about this cocktail is that you can use less or more champagne depending on your preference.
